About the Yoga

Bikram yoga is an intelligently designed sequence of 26 Hatha (physical) yoga postures and is practiced in a heated room. Each class lasts approximately 90 minutes, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. In fact the worse shape you're in, the more you need to be here!

The use of heat is fundamental to the series allowing the muscles and joints to warm up quickly and efficiently, thus allowing deeper stretching, increasing the heart rate, and promoting de-toxification as you sweat through the skin.

Regardless of your current condition, you’ll laugh, cry, moan, groan, sweat, stretch, and experience the most effective scientifically designed therapeutic yoga routine in the world.
