  • We are open on all statutory holidays/long weekends (except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when we will be closed.) Any other closures will be posted at the studio or on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.)
  • To ensure your place in class, please arrive early or book online.
  • See who’s teaching 

  • The studio opens 30 minutes prior to class (except for the 7:30am and 3:00pm HIIT classes when the studio opens only 15 minutes prior to class.) The studio is closed (and locked) during class and will reopen once class ends.
  • Please arrive hydrated and stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle for use during class.
  • Please bring a mat towel (or similar large towel) to place on top of your mat and a hand towel (or similar small towel) for wiping up around your mat after Bikram Yoga, BYX, Barre BURN! and HIIT classes. 
  • Classes start on time!
  • Bikram Yoga classes are 90 minutes long
  • BYX, Barre and HIIT classes are 60 minutes long
  • Barre BURN! classes are 45 minutes long
