  • We are open on all statutory holidays/long weekends (except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when we will be closed.) Any other closures will be posted at the studio or on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.)
  • To ensure your place in class, please arrive early or book online.
  • See who’s teaching 

  • The studio opens 30 minutes prior to Bikram Yoga and BYCV Barre classes or 15 minutes prior to HIIT classes. The studio is closed (and locked) during class and will reopen once class ends.
  • Please arrive hydrated.
  • Please bring a mat towel (or similar large towel) to place on top of your mat.
  • Classes start on time!
  • Bikram Yoga classes are 90 minutes long
  • BYCV Barre and Hot HIIT classes are 60 minutes long
