Our Studio

Our lovely new studio is located in the downtown area of Courtenay, Comox Valley the recreational capital of B.C. You’ll find free parking in front of the building, and also in the surrounding area Our spacious studio has a maximum capacity of 50, so there’s always room for you!

We have his and hers change rooms both equipped with showers, washrooms and designated areas for clothing and other belongings.

Our recently expanded reception has allowed us to accommodate a brand new Yoga Boutique which is currently the only place on the north island to purchase specialized Hot yoga clothing, merchandise, and accessories.

Our space is clean, bright, and absolutely beautiful!
